Carrie is a queer femme, physically disabled, anti-Zionist Jewish activist and artist. She received her BA in psychology from Depaul University and her ongoing social and political education from organizers in Chicago and across the country. She joined PFC as a fundraising volunteer in 2014 and a board member in 2015. She previously served on the board of the Chicago Freedom School for a term of two years. She has worked at Access Living and Howard Brown Health. Carrie is also an artist and writer, and speaker on topics related to and sex/uality and disability. She is a member of the Chicago chapter of Jewish Voice for Peace. She envisions a world without police and prisons and believes that healthcare and housing are human rights.
